Hi, I’m Brandon Yager — Master NLP Coach & Trainer, entrepreneur, communicator, and someone who believes that your words can open doors you didn’t even know existed.
Nothing fires me up more than helping entrepreneurs confidently navigate tough sales conversations, boldly communicate their wants and desires, and negotiate like champions…
(okay, except my wife).
But this clarity and conviction didn’t come easy.
Where It All Started
My life shifted forever when I was just 12.
My father — a brilliant, hard-working man — came home one day to say he’d been laid off. I remember watching him, defeated, shrinking into the weight of societal expectations. Even at that age, something inside me said:
There has to be a different way.
I didn’t want to repeat that story.
I wanted to write my own.
Thankfully, my grandfather saw that spark in me. He mentored me, encouraged my entrepreneurial instincts, and helped me see possibilities beyond the “normal” path.
At 18, I started my own real estate company. Success came quickly. Money flowed in. Life should have been great… right?
Except it wasn’t.
The Success That Didn’t Feel Like Success
I could make money — I just couldn’t keep it.
Behind the business wins, I was crumbling under inherited beliefs about money, sales, and success. And it wasn’t just business that was suffering. My relationship at the time was falling apart. My health wasn’t where I wanted it to be. Everything felt heavy.
I was working harder and harder, yet feeling emptier and emptier.
What I really craved was alignment — clarity, purpose, and a mindset that could support the success I was chasing.
That’s when I discovered NLP.
The Transformation
After my first NLP training, it felt like someone switched the lights on.
The skills, the breakthroughs, the mindset shifts… I finally understood myself, my patterns, and what was actually possible for my life.
At my next training, everything changed again — that’s where I met Deb, the love of my life.
I also committed to transforming my physical and mental health, building a version of myself that felt strong, grounded, and fully alive.
As my skills sharpened, I realized something powerful:
My true gift was communication.
I finally understood how to move through a sales conversation with confidence…
how to connect deeply…
how to negotiate effectively…
and how to close without pressure or pushiness.
And I turned that into a teachable framework — one that has now helped countless entrepreneurs get out of their own way and create results they once only dreamed about.
Why I Do This Work
